Introduction

Gourley, Rehkemper & Lindholm, 'GRL Law', is dedicated to defending those charged with one of America’s most common criminal offense, drunk driving (also referred to as OWI, DUI, DWI, and OMVUI). 

Bad things happen to good people and we are here to make sure that the good is not overshadowed by the bad. The drunk driving defense division of GRL Law is headed by managing partners, Robert Rehkemper and Matthew Lindholm.  

Both Attorney Robert "Bobby" Rehkemper and Attorney Matthew Thomas "Matt" Lindholm are members of the National College of DUI Defense, a national organization dedicated to effectively defending individuals charged with alcohol related offenses, specifically drunk driving.  They have undergone countless hours of advanced, cutting edge, legal and scientific training specifically targeted toward issues that arise in vehicular homicide and drunk driving cases.  They continue to update this training on a yearly basis attending national seminars and programs with the sole purpose of ensuring that they remain at the for-front of the charge against alcohol related offense in the State of Iowa. 

Attorney Robert "Bobby" Rehkemper and Attorney Matthew Thomas "Matt" Lindholm speak at numerous seminars throughout the state of Iowa every year, teaching other attorneys and judges the intricacies of drunk driving laws and defenses.
