Refusal WARNING!

Your driver's license may be suspended for one or more years if you refused the direct breath test at the police station.

Likewise, if you submitted to a test, and the results indicate that you have a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more (.02 or more if under 21 and .04 or more if operating a commercial vehicle), you may also be suspended from driving for 60 days up to 6 years.
